Christian Josam, who grew up in Hamburg, trained first for a business career before studying economics at Hamburg University.

He has worked as a freelance online journalist and web designer for Greenpeace, among others. He specialises in improving customer relations and work flow in enterprises.

As an independent consultant, he has installed Customer Relationship Management systems in online media businesses in Germany and abroad.
